Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Professional Harold Jarrell

Based in Alexandria, Virginia, Harold "Ed" Jarrell is a strategic capabilities developer and counterintelligence and human intelligence leader with the United States Army. He provides the Army with a diversity of services, from data integration to system information assurance accreditation. Harold "Ed" Jarrell spearheaded the Department of the Army’s G2X actions and processes for Capabilities Based Assessment and Initial Capabilities Document for Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence.

Harold Jarrell spent more than five years as an executive military intelligence leader working in the USINDOPACOM and USFK Theaters of Operation, a role that involved extensive multinational and interagency communications. He served the US Army as a senior operations manager and counterintelligence and human intelligence subject matter expert.

Harold Jarrell’s studies at Penn State University emphasized policy analysis and evaluation. In addition to his master of public administration, he holds a master of arts in leadership studies from the University of Texas at El Paso and an international relations degree from the American Military University. He also holds numerous certifications, having completed the Asset Validation Systems Course, Defense Strategic Debriefer Course, and other professional programs.
